An IT solutions company working in Travel and tourism sector (B2B) looking for the following job in Cairo/ Egypt :
Designation : Customer Support Executive
Department : Operations
Reporting to : Customer Support Manager / Chief Operations Officer
Duty Time: Work in Shifts
Year of experience: 3 years Minimum
Education : Diploma / Bachelor degree
Location: Cairo / Egypt
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tracking bookings made on the booking platform by customers
2. Calling suppliers/hotels directly to get booking confirmation numbers
3. Making offline bookings with hotels or other travel product suppliers
4. Maximize profits of bookings by searching lower rates from multiple suppliers for a already booked travel product
5. Handling customer complaints with suppliers or end product directly.
6. Respond to customer telephone calls and emails.
7. Respond to supplier telephone calls and emails.
8. Action booking amendments and cancellations.
9. Tracking customer payments and deposits.
10. Update all booking information accurately on the booking platform.
11. Reconcile bookings made on the booking platform.
12. Creating offline reservation on GDS’s (Amadeus, Saber, Travelport), Hotels directly and other travel suppliers
13. Processing reissue and refunds for airlines
14. issuing refunds or compensation to customers
15. Maintain and report daily logs to send to line manager.
16. Maintaining service level agreements
17. Coordinating with finance department for supplier and customer payments
18. Timely escalations of problems/issues to Senior Management
Languages (Speak, Read and Write) : Arabic, English and French
Excellent in communications skills
Excellent in Computer skills, search engine in internet
